These terms and conditions govern the services offered by Muriel Pethoud in Thonon-les-Bains. Booking an appointment implies acceptance of these terms.

Services offered
Muriel Pethoud offers two services by appointment, in a one-to-one setting:
- Energetic haircut: conversation, shampoo, razor cut, styling and personal energetic approach. Indicative duration: at least 1 h 30. Price: €75 incl. VAT.
- Energetic care session: conversation and individual energetic care on a treatment table, without a haircut. Indicative duration: at least 1 h. Price: €80 incl. VAT.
Nature of services
These are hairdressing and wellbeing services based on a personal approach. They do not constitute medical or paramedical acts, provide no diagnosis and do not replace medical or psychological follow-up. No specific physical, emotional or energetic result is guaranteed.
Booking appointments
Appointments are made by phone. The client indicates the desired service and availability. Muriel Pethoud confirms the date and time.
Prices and payment
Prices shown on the website are in euros including VAT. Payment is made at the end of the service, using the payment methods accepted on site.
Accepted payment methods are communicated when booking or on site.
Lateness, cancellation and no-shows
Any delay or inability to attend should be reported by phone as soon as possible. For cancellations, Muriel Pethoud asks for reasonable notice so the slot can be offered to someone else. In case of a no-show without notice, a future appointment may be refused or subject to conditions.
Right of withdrawal
Under French consumer law (article L221-28), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period with the consumer's express agreement, nor to leisure services to be provided on a specific date. Hairdressing and wellbeing appointments are services provided on an agreed date.
Complaints
For any complaint regarding a service, the client may contact Muriel Pethoud by phone or email. A response will be provided as soon as possible.
Consumer mediation
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the client may use a consumer mediator free of charge. Competent mediator:

Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction in accordance with ordinary rules of law.
